Frequently asked questions
Is Crux free?
Yes, completely. Crux is a not-for-profit project: no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads. Our goal is simply to help people meet and socialise.
How do I install the APK?
Tap “Download the APK” on this page, open the file and confirm the install. It’s normal for your phone to ask for permission to install from unknown sources. Once the Google Play version is live you can update from there.
Who can use Crux?
Crux is for people aged 18 and over only. We ask your date of birth at sign-up and remove accounts that break our rules.
Is my phone number visible?
No. Your number is only used to sign in and never appears on your profile or in chats. Calls are made in-app without sharing numbers.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account; all your data is permanently deleted. See delete your account.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Use the Safety center in the app or email info@futurecode.com.tr.
