Disclaimer & safety notice
Crux is a platform that helps people meet. Please read the following carefully.
1. Members’ accuracy
We do not conduct background or criminal checks or verify members’ statements. Selfie verification only shows that profile photos belong to the person using the account; it does not guarantee their identity, age or trustworthiness.
2. Meeting in person is your decision
Meet first in busy public places, arrange your own transport, tell someone you trust and follow our safe dating tips. Plan suggestions in Crux are ideas only; venues are not operated or vetted by Futurecode.
3. Money and personal information
Never send money, gift cards, crypto, bank or ID details to someone you haven’t met. Futurecode is not responsible for financial dealings between members. Report any such request.
4. Emergencies
Crux is not an emergency service. If you feel in danger, call 112 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
5. Availability
We work to keep Crux available but cannot guarantee that messages, calls or notifications are always delivered.
6. Liability
Limits of liability are set out in our Terms of Use; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
