Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Crux account and all associated data at any time. Deletion cannot be undone after a 14-day waiting period.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Crux and tap Profile in the bottom menu.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm with Delete my account. Your account closes immediately and is hidden; sign in within 14 days to restore it, after which your account and data are permanently deleted.
Can’t access the app?
Email info@futurecode.com.tr with the subject “Crux account deletion request” and the phone number registered to your account. We may send an SMS code to verify ownership. Requests are completed within 30 days (usually within 3 business days).
What is deleted
- Profile details, photos, voice prompt and verification selfies,
- Likes, matches and all chats (including photo and voice files sent by either side),
- Call history, plans, support requests and push tokens,
- Reports by and about you, sessions and sign-in codes.
Limited data that may be kept
- Backup copies are purged within 30 days.
- Content-free moderation audit entries (e.g. “account deleted, date”) may be kept for security.
- Traffic logs (no content: phone, member ID, action type and time, IP address) are kept for 2 years under Turkish Law No. 5651, then deleted.
- If a competent authority has asked us to preserve your account, it is closed and hidden at once; the data is deleted when the preservation request ends.
