Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Crux app provided by Futurecode Teknoloji İnovasyon ve Yazılım A.Ş. (“Futurecode”). By signing up you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must not have been convicted of a sexual offence or previously removed from Crux.
One personal account per person.

2. Your account

Keep your account and phone number secure. Information must be accurate; photos must be of you and show your face. Impersonation is prohibited.

3. Conduct

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, threats, nudity or sexual content, scams (requests for money, gift cards, bank or investment details), advertising, solicitation or prostitution, fake profiles and bots, any content involving minors, sharing others’ personal data and scraping or disrupting the service are prohibited.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content. There is no tolerance for obscene, hateful, harassing, violent or illegal content, content that endangers children, or users who engage in such behaviour. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, removed, and the account that posted it is removed. Every profile and chat offers options to report content and block users.

4. Your content

You own your content and grant us a limited, non-transferable licence to store, display and transmit it solely to provide Crux. The licence ends when you delete your account.

5. Moderation

We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or delete accounts. Severe violations (e.g. child exploitation, credible threats) are reported to authorities. You can appeal decisions in the app.

6. Interactions with others

We do not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee members’ behaviour. Meet in busy public places and follow our safety tips.

7. Fees

Core features are free. Any paid features will be clearly priced before purchase and are subject to the app store’s terms.

8. Changes and termination

We may change features or discontinue the service. You can delete your account anytime in Profile → Settings → Delete account.

9. Liability

Crux is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
